Our Approach
1. Assemblies
We partner with high schools and universities globally to teach minority and underrepresented students about how to obtain high-income jobs and fulfilling careers.
2. Workshops
We partner with our multi-billion dollar corporate partners to help teach students social and professional development skills.
3. Internships
We connect motivated underrepresented students with our corporate partners to help large companies hire diverse and qualified interns, apprentices, and entry-level employees through our Talent Pipeline program.
What Is The Need?
Under-resourced/low-income students statistically choose college majors that lead to lower-paying careers.
Our Solution
We combat this cycle of economic disparity by exposing students to high-income careers they may not have known about previously.
