Our Why?
Students from under-resourced backgrounds statistically graduate college less often (16%) and choose lower-paying college majors and careers.
This trend translates into those same students acquiring less wealth at disproportionate levels. To combat that, we teach low-income and minority students about how to obtain fulfilling corporate and high-income careers.
Mission and Purpose
The Diversity Org is a global nonprofit. We teach under-resourced and minority students about how to obtain corporate and high-income careers.
We partner with large companies where students learn about careers they may not have known existed, participate in professional development workshops with corporate employees, and also obtain access to internships, apprenticeships and entry-level positions.
