  Lisa Brooks Greaux   Principal and founder of SYNC. Lisa has held senior roles at Delphi, Zoetis, Pfizer, and JP MorganChase, where she was responsible for designing and executing strategies to develop Senior and Enterprise level leaders and their teams. Since 2005, Lisa has been on faculty at Fordham University’s Graduate HR Program. Lisa’s professional education includes a BS in Financial Management from Temple University, an MS in Organizational Development from Fordham University and a PhD from Columbia University.

  Randy Page   is the Founder and CEO of Liberty Tax. Randy was the Senior Tax Associate at PwC. He then started Liberty Tax and expanded it to 10 franchises and 300 employees. Randy's professional education includes a BA in Accounting from Baruch College.

  Kim Greaux   A New York native, started her professional career as a Systems Engineer at IBM for 10 years after receiving her Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Shortly after, she decided that teaching was her calling and pursued a Masters degree and career in Elementary Education and Educational Leadership. She has been a highly effective educator serving students, families, her colleagues and the community as a teacher and after school Educational Enrichment Director, for the East Ramapo Central School District for over 14 years. After receiving her Masters degree, she continued her passion for education and enrichment with her “G.A.P. Academy” tutoring company. For the past 3 years, Kim had continued to make an impact in education by volunteering and supporting the Diversity Organization and endeavors.

Joshua Pierce

Founder and CEO of the Diversity Org. Joshua has lead the company to partner with 10 educational institutions, NYC Office of The Mayor, YouTube and other businesses. 

Joshua has worked in telemarketing, but has garnered substantial experience working and traveling as a media manager for television channels BET and TVOne. In one year, Joshua's YouTube channel has reached over 1.3 million views and 25,000 subscribers internationally. His work in social change and entertainment has made an impact with appearances on radio, newspaper publications and television. Joshua's professional education includes a Bachelors in Entertainment Business from New York University. 

  Terrell Raman   The lead Content Producer at The Diversity Org. Terrell has worked on over 100 video productions and has produced and edited over 80 videos in the last 5 years. Terrell is instrumental in the content development of The Diversity Org and Joshua Pierce brands. His content has reached over 1.3 million views on YouTube. He has developed content for social media influencers and entertainers that have a social media reach of 350,000 to 10 million followers. Terrell received training from YouTube partner workshops and certification from the leading professional camera company RED.

Terrell Raman

  Daniel Rodriguez   The COO of The Diversity Org. Daniel is the founder of Dvnci Music Group, where he is responsible for designing and executing strategies to develop artists and producers in the music industry. Daniel has conducted research with NYU’s economics department and has previous work experience with real-estate start ups and boutique banks. Daniel’s professional education includes a BS in Economics from New York University with minors in business management.
