What We Do
What We Do
School Events | Internship Program | #DOconnect | Social Media | DOxYourSchool
Through our high school and college engagements, we have interactive and educational events that teach students about diversity from multiple different viewpoints. While emphasizing the benefits of creating diverse relationships, we explore and focus on how these connections will enable individuals and businesses to progress and reach their maximum potential.
Through our internship program, we provide avenues of opportunity for students, who have attended our events and/or interacted with our online media content, to apply for professional internship opportunity with companies that are looking for diverse talent.
Through our #DOconnect program (nonprofit), we create opportunities to connect people of different races, ages and genders to come together and look past biases and differences. We do this while focusing on making a significantly positive impact in multiple communities (i.e. Nursing Homes, Children’s Hospitals, Helping the Less Fortunate, etc.).
The DO utilizes social media as a social platform to update the world on the changes and challenges in diversity. We speak about controversial topics, which relate to diversity, in a positive way that can reach the minds and hearts of many.
The DOxYourSchool (Branch). Together we can build a successful Diversity Org (Example - DOxNYU) branch at your school. At institutions all over America, cultural clubs are typically separated. The DO understands that our differences and similarities make humanity diverse and beautiful. Therefore, we have created the DO with the purpose of also uniting different clubs and organizations together to educate, celebrate differences, break down social boundaries and focus on how to unite and positively impact our entire human race.
